Supplier Outreach Program Coordinator

We are recruiting new collegue to our client ( International Company ) as Supplier Outreach Program Coordinator REACH and Conflict Mineral Program Coordinator responsible for facilitating regulatory compliance across assigned supplier population. Tasks: • Coordination of suppliers to meet the requirements of company, • Manage compliance tracking database entry and completeness, • Expedite supplier survey submittal, • Performand/or support all required functions from initiation of a survey through to satisfactory disposition, • Work closely with Sourcing, EHS, Operations, and Engineering to achieve Risk Mitigation and Compliance, • Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns with verbally or in writing. Requirements: • College or University Degree • Excellent technical knowledge and computer skills, • Minimum 2 years in administration • Demonstrated analytical and communication ability, • Language proficiency: English (fluent), • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; strong PC and data base management skills • Excellent analytical and communications skills, • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, • Proven ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment, • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, • Ability to excel in a team environment and across a matrixed organization, • "Can Do" attitude, • Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence, • Ability to establish priorities and initiate problem solving techniques, • Self-confident and proactive, • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment. IV. Desired Characteristics: • BS/BAdegree (Business orTechnical), • Energy sector familiarity, • Excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills, • Project management & process improvement skills, • Self-starter with ability to work with limited day-to-day direction, • Process leadership experience -CAP, Workout, process improvement, quality, • Global experience, Advanced degree, Oracle Purchasing system experience.
